Honoured to be a recipient of a grant from the Stratford Destination Development Fund for a collaboration with award winning poet, Heidi Sander and accomplished composer, Paul Shilton.

“Emergence” is a multidisciplinary arts project that integrates and moves within the city of Stratford every 2 - 3 weeks.. A collaboration among local artists in three different disciplines provides an arts experience for you within small business host sites. Music composed by Stratford musician, Paul Shilton is accessed by a QR code for your pleasure while you read a poem by award winning poet, Heidi Sander and explore Kim McCarthy's encaustic and mixed media painting. We hope that you enjoy this interactive arts experience.

Showcasing works by 7 artists from London and region—including Group of Seven member, A.J. Casson—this third of four Centennial Art Exhibitions is selected on the theme of Joy Gives Thanks and Moves Us, and is created to engage dialogue with the community. Each exhibition will highlight the spirit of Brescia over the past 100 years and leading into the next.
