Payment: We accept all major credit cards and PayPal for payment.

Shipping/Postage/Packaging

All orders will be shipped through Canada Post or UPS courier.

  • Shipping costs for original art work will be calculated after the sale and we will be in touch with the customer regarding the additional cost. Quotes may be requested in advance through email with the destination address included.

Each package is joyfully assembled specifically for your purchases

  • Individual Art Cards are packaged individually in clear cello sleeves & shipped in a rigid flat mailer

  • Limited Edition Archival Art Prints are gently rolled and protected in a cello sleeve and shipped in a high density cardboard mailing box

  • Home Decor and Accessories are wrapped in tissue and shipped in bubble wrap mailing packages

  • Original Artwork is wrapped with bubble wrap and shipped in an insulated crate that cradles and protects the work inside a shipping box

-please note that this is a very small business team and we currently ship once a week because of the current climate

All orders will be shipped through Canada Post or UPS courier.

Please be sure that your shipping address is correct as we are not responsible for orders sent to the wrong address. Furthermore, we are not responsible if the package is returned to us and needs to be reshipped because the wrong address was provided at checkout. 

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email letting you know that your order is on its way to you. 

Local Orders

Curb side pick up or delivery can be arranged through email.

International Shipping

At this time, we ship within Canada and to the United States. If you’re interested in purchasing the work and need shipping to another country please email us at kimmcc@rogers.com

Conditions of Returns/Refunds

  • We want you to be pleased with your purchases. If an item was damaged during shipping please send photos of the damage with an email within 5 days of delivery to kimmcc@rogers.com

  • Although we cannot offer refunds, we will offer an exchange. Please email us within 5 days of receiving your order. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
